This is made for small wrists to medium. Wrist shown in the picture has a 6 inch wrist and is able to wear it on the wrist or up the arm to a 7 inch area. You have to slide the cuff on side ways to get it on/off without damaging it. Bending it to fit may crack or damage it in the future. That is how I always put it on. No box. Smoke-free home
