This beautiful tin litho dollhouse was made by Playsteel (National Can Corporation) in the 1940's & 1950's. Identifications/Markings: Playsteel did not mark their dollhouses. Information & more photos can be found on page 61 in the book "Tomart's Price Guide to Tin Litho Doll Houses & Plastic Doll House Furniture" by Mary Brett. Another source of information is page 203 & 204 of the book "American Dollhouses & Furnture" by Dian Zillner. PLEASE NOTE: The dollhouse will be shipped disassembled to keep the shipping cost down for both of us. SPECS: >5 rooms >2 stories >17 die-cut windows CONDITION: This dollhouse was lovingly played with for a number of years and does show its age and usage. It would make a nice restoration project or just a great piece in a collection. You can see in the photos a bit of wear and marks. HOUSE CONDITION SPECS: >some warping of the floors and walls which is very typical to this house >several rust spots as seen in the photos >a number of small scratches and nicks >small paint dots on the roof FURNITURE CONDITION SPECS >THE FURNITURE IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION IN GENERAL >The 1st 2 photos of the furniture are in decent condition. >The last 2 photos are of furniture that have been broken and are in poor condition. DIMENSIONS: 20" tall x 22" wide x 12" deep
