I have made bath themed diaper cakes. There are three types to pick from: Girl, Boy, and gender neutral. They make great babyshower center pieces!

Each cake includes: Approximately 80 Luvs diapers (size 2); Carter's brand bathtowel, 2-3 washcloths, and bathrobe, the center support is Johnson's head to toe wash and lotion. Each cake has a slightly different topper, all related to bath time. The girl's topper is a turtle bath thermometer, boy's is 2 alligator squirters, and the gender neutral is a ducky bath mitt. All of the diapers aer connected with rubber bands, so the diapers are not compromised.
